ALProperty is a real-estate agency in Durrës. We built its public website, where people search listings on a grid or a map, and the CRM its agents use for listings, buyers, sellers and new-build developments. Both run on one Nuxt and Firebase codebase.
Who uses it, and for what
- A family looking for a rental in Durrës filters by neighbourhood, type and price, then checks the results on the map.
- An agent writes a listing in Albanian and it appears in five more languages without manual translation.
- The sales team moves each buyer along a Kanban board, from first contact to closed deal.
- An agent opens a client and sees which listings match their budget and preferred areas.
How it’s built
- Server-side rendering with CDN caching, so listing pages load quickly and get indexed by search engines.
- MapLibre maps with clustered price pins, a satellite layer and 3D view.
- A Cloud Function uses Gemini on Vertex AI to translate each listing's title and description whenever it changes.
- Agents export A4 window posters and Instagram posts with the agency's branding, and photos get a watermark automatically.
