Digital transformation for small businesses, one process at a time

Many clinics, agencies and offices still run on the phone, a paper diary and a WhatsApp group. We move one process at a time online, from bookings to client records to the website people find on Google.

Saneo: Digital transformation for small businesses, one process at a time

Where many small businesses are today

  • The receptionist spends the day on the phone booking visits, and patients who call after hours book somewhere else.
  • Appointments live in a paper diary, so only the person at the desk knows who is coming tomorrow.
  • Your offers go out on Instagram and Facebook, but nobody finds them on Google.
  • Foreign clients land on a website in one language that hasn't changed in years.
  • Data sits in spreadsheets, chats and email, and nobody can say how last month went.

What we build

Online booking

Patients or customers see the slots that are really free and book from their phone, without calling. On Saneo, slots come from opening hours, services and existing visits, so a free slot on screen is actually free.

Customer portals

A private area where your clients see their bookings, documents and progress. In the USA College Sport portal, each athlete follows their own path from profile to visa.

Internal tools

A shared calendar, a client pipeline or a staff dashboard in place of the paper diary and the spreadsheet. In Saneo, a clinic sees every doctor's day side by side.

Multilingual websites that rank

Server-rendered pages in the languages your clients speak, built to be indexed by Google. The ALProperty site runs in six languages, and each listing is translated automatically when an agent saves it.

Integrations

Website forms feed the CRM, payments go through Stripe, reminders go out by themselves and data comes in from other sources. Pushim.al reads travel agency websites and social posts every day and turns them into one catalogue.

Mobile apps

When your customers or staff need an app, we build iOS and Android apps from the same codebase as the website, as we did for Saneo and Saneo Pro.

How we get there

  1. 01

Pick the process that hurts most

We start with one thing: bookings, client follow-up or the website. We look at how it works today, phone calls and paper included.

  2. 02

    Build the first piece

We build that one piece and put it in front of the people who will use it, staff and customers. We change what doesn't work for them.

  3. 03

    Switch over

We move the existing data, set up accounts and help the team through the change. The phone and the diary can keep running alongside until everyone is comfortable.

  4. 04

    Take the next step

Once the first piece is in daily use, we decide what to move online next. Each step builds on the same system instead of adding another tool.

Projects that move real work online

Saneo moves doctor bookings in Albania from phone calls to an online calendar, ALProperty runs a Durrës agency's listings and clients in one system, and Pushim.al turns travel agency posts into a catalogue you can search.

Questions about digital transformation

Where should a small business start with digital transformation?

With the process that costs you the most time or customers today. For a clinic that is usually phone bookings, for an agency it is leads scattered across chats. Starting small means the team sees the benefit early and the next step is easier.

My staff are not technical. Will they manage?

We design the screens for the people who will use them, not for developers. We test them with your staff before the switch, and the old way can keep running alongside until everyone is comfortable.

Do I need a new website, an app, or both?

It depends on who uses it and how often. Most businesses start with a fast website that works well on phones. An app makes sense when people come back often, like patients booking visits or doctors checking their agenda in the Saneo Pro app.

Can the website be in Albanian, Italian and English?

Yes. We build multilingual sites with separate pages for each language, so Google can show the right one to each visitor. On ALProperty, agents write a listing in Albanian and it is translated into five more languages automatically.

Who owns the system once it is built?

By default the code lives in your own repository and the data in your own cloud account. You are not tied to us: another developer can take over, and you can export your data whenever you want.
